1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and Playfina Ltd ("Playfina", "we", "us"), operator of playfina.team. By registering an account or using our services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following publication of changes on playfina.team constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to register an account. By creating an account you warrant that: (a) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; (c) all information provided during registration is accurate and complete; (d) funds used for gambling are from a legitimate source. Playfina reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Multiple accounts per person, household, or IP address are prohibited.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits are processed upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit is €20. Withdrawals are subject to a 24-hour processing window and require completed identity verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal is €10. Playfina does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction costs which are beyond our control. Withdrawal requests to payment methods not previously used for deposits may be declined for security reasons. Playfina reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawals exceeding €2,000.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, including the welcome bonus activated with promo code FINA500, are subject to the specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game contribution rates stated at the time of each offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fully met. Playfina reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if fraudulent, collusive, or irregular play patterns are detected. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players found to be abusing promotions will have their accounts suspended and funds forfeited.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential civil or criminal action: (a) use of bots, automated betting software, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage; (b) collusion with other players; (c) chargebacks or reversal of deposits through payment providers; (d) exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; (e) providing false identity information; (f) money laundering or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds; (g) accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Playfina Ltd holds license #365/JAZ issued by Curaçao eGaming. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao. Players may also escalate unresolved disputes to the Curaçao eGaming dispute resolution body.
