2. Protective Tools — Limits & Controls
Players can configure the following protective limits at any time via Account Settings › Responsible Gaming: Deposit Limit (daily, weekly, monthly cap on incoming funds); Loss Limit (daily, weekly, monthly cap on net losses); Wagering Limit (cap on total bets placed within a period); Session Time Limit (automated logout after a defined duration, with an optional reminder at intervals you choose); Reality Check (periodic on-screen reminder showing elapsed time and net session result). All limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
3. Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion your account is fully locked, all deposit methods are blocked, pending withdrawals are processed normally, and all marketing communications cease immediately. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. To activate self-exclusion, email [email protected] with the subject line SELF-EXCLUSION, specifying the duration.
